Welcome to the Knot-A-Long!

I am a little slow getting this going.  I know there will be many new beautiful quilts using Deborah's pattern!

I have already made three and have a couple of others strip cut.
My quilting group has ordered patterns and we will start next Tuesday.
I hope to get a few of the gals to start blogging and join us.

I have two more patterns to give-a-way,  one entry for joining this new group, another entry for taking time to be guest poster and a third for doing a link on your blog inviting your friends and readers over to this Blog.

and.... just to make it fun,  in one of your comments, let me know what colors you are planning to do, who your would make the quilt for OR if you are just following to see the fun.

If you are in SW MO and need help finding the pattern my friend Pam has ordered  them to sell at local quilt shows.  Her e-mail is pdubsquiltstuff@centurylink.net

really looking forward to doing this along with you cheryl! just as you worked together with me in mine LOL my daughter patience did declare that she did indeed need one of "the wedding quilts" for her wedding--now moved up to april 14th from august 12th--doesn't matter that she already has what i though to be her wedding quilt (totally different design) almost ready to be quilted. she likes it too but for her it isn't THE wedding quilt. isn't that funny? so, now i think i have what is going to be expected from me by the rest of my kids too.....oh no!!!!! but, soooo happy that deborah has streamlined it all for us with her new release of the pattern, and i REALLY love the message of her quilt. PERFECT fit for a wedding quilt!!!

Cheryl, I would love to do the Knot along with you! Look here to see my blog where I did this quilt as a mystery with Lynne: http://quiltsnthings1.blogspot.com/2012/03/koas-quilt.html?showComment=1331382737745#c8133401807942975531

I want to make another one in browns, golds, and tan...got to think of that 4th color..thinking rust. The first was gifted to my niece and the second I will have to keep for me. Love this quilt! Going to link you to my blog now.

I don't blog, but I am following along. In my mind my colors are, red/yellow/orange and white for my background. I will see where that goes. Thanks for the new group.

I plan to sew along and my colours I think will be red , green gold and beige/tan. Using what is stashable. I also did the mystery and it was so fun but I am a slow sewer so hopefully I will be able to keep up. or at least get hints along the way.
